Privacy.

What we collect. When you fill in a form, buy a seat, or log into the member portal, we collect the email address you use and the information you share on the form. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers. Member sessions are tied to the email used at checkout via a signed cookie; there are no passwords.

Email and transactional messages. Resend delivers our workshop, login, follow-up, and guide-download emails. We use the addresses you give us to send things you asked for — workshop information, prep notes, access links, the guide link when you submit a guide download form.

Marketing list (opt-in only). Some forms — like the "send me the guide" form on our Guides — have an optional checkbox to receive occasional SkillBuild updates (new guides, workshop announcements). If you tick it, your email is added to our Resend audience and you'll get the occasional broadcast. If you don't tick it, you only get the thing you asked for. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; one click removes you.

Site measurement. Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel run on the site so we can see which pages, CTAs, and checkout steps are working. We track page views, CTA clicks, checkout starts, checkout cancellations, and checkout-success views. We don't push names, email addresses, card numbers, or payment details into analytics or pixel events.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data. We don't upload customer lists to ad platforms. If we run paid ads, Meta may use pixel signals for ad measurement and retargeting under its own terms.

Data requests. If you'd like a copy of what we hold on you, or you'd like us to delete it, email bob@a1local.com.au from the address on file and we'll sort it out within seven days.
